Facilities - How your team lives with us
Our fitters’ rooms in Germany are fully furnished, thoughtfully equipped and specially designed to meet the needs of traveling teams. The apartments are between 30 and 100 m² in size and can accommodate up to 10 people depending on the location – ideal for smaller teams or larger project groups. Each team occupies a fully equipped apartment for their own use with single beds in 2- to 3-bed rooms, including bed linen and towels.
The kitchens are fully equipped: everything from a large fridge to a coffee machine is available. Wi-Fi, smart TV and a cozy dining and living area ensure a pleasant evening after work. Many accommodations have their own washing machine available free of charge. Cleaning utensils for daily needs are part of the basic equipment. We can organize intermediate cleaning if required.

For three people, our price starts at € 25.00 per night and person. This is a guide only – depending on the facilities, location and length of stay, we will be happy to make you a suitable offer.
Price for 4 persons
from 19 €
We can offer you prices from € 19.00 per night and person for four or more people. The exact price depends on the booking period, facilities and other factors – we will be happy to make you an individual offer.
Price for large groups

How can I book a fitter's room
Are there apartments for large teams?
Yes, we offer fitter’s apartments for large teams at many locations. Depending on requirements, individual accommodation is available for two to ten people. For groups of more than ten people, we can organize several apartments in close proximity on request and coordinate occupancy so that all team members live as close together as possible. Your personal contact will be happy to advise you individually and find the right solution for your team.
How does payment work and when will I receive the invoice?
Payment is currently made exclusively by bank transfer. Before moving in, you will receive a detailed invoice by e-mail, in which all booked services are listed transparently.
Why should I book directly with flex living instead of via a platform?
flex living is not an agency portal – you book directly with the provider.
This means: no agency fees, no detours via third-party providers and no anonymous processes. Instead, you benefit from a dedicated contact person, personal support and a dedicated team that takes care of the organization, communication and individual concerns relating to your fitter accommodation.
