From just €13 per person/night, your employees can stay in fully equipped apartments with well thought-out furnishings. The prices are calculated transparently and comprehensibly – depending on the number of guests, booking duration and desired additional services such as intermediate cleaning. All costs are clearly communicated in advance. Your personal contact will prepare an individual, non-binding offer and provide you with reliable support from initial contact to departure.
Our modern furnished fitters’ apartments in Chemnitz offer space for up to 6 people per accommodation and are reserved exclusively for your team. The apartments have single beds in 1-, 2- or 3-bed rooms, fast WiFi, some with smart TV and their own washing machine for free use.
The kitchens are fully equipped with a large fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and a full range of crockery. Bright rooms, modern bathrooms with shower or bathtub, spacious closets, a communal dining area and – depending on the apartment – a balcony ensure a pleasant living experience. Cleaning utensils are provided and intermediate cleaning can be organized on request.
Our fitters’ apartments are located in well-connected districts such as Altendorf, Lutherviertel, Kaßberg, Sonnenberg, Kappel and the city center. Thanks to the proximity to the Chemnitz freeway junction, the A4 and A72 are quickly accessible – ideal for assignments in the region. Public transport is well developed: streetcars, buses and the Chemnitz model (tram-train) ensure flexible mobility. Shopping facilities, snack bars and cafés can be found in the immediate vicinity. Parking spaces are available at all locations – for an uncomplicated journey by car or van.
