Our fitter’s apartments in Arnstadt offer excellent value for money – from just €13 per person/night. The pricing is transparent and depends on the number of people, length of stay and desired additional services such as intermediate cleaning. All costs are clearly itemized. Your personal contact will prepare an individual, non-binding offer and provide you with reliable support from the first contact until you move in.
Our modern fitters’ apartments in Arnstadt offer space for 3 to 6 people per unit – bookable from a minimum stay of 3 nights. Each accommodation is reserved exclusively for your team and equipped with single beds in 1- or 2-bed rooms including bed linen. Comfort and productivity are ensured by stable WiFi, smart TV and your own free washing machine. The fully equipped kitchens have a large fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of crockery. Bright rooms, a spacious dining area, functional closets and modern furniture create a pleasant atmosphere. Contemporary bathrooms with showers and cleaning utensils complete the offer – regular intermediate cleanings can be booked flexibly on request.
Our accommodation is located in well-connected residential areas in western Arnstadt – centrally and conveniently located. The proximity to the A4 and A71 highways makes it particularly easy to travel to projects in the Erfurt or Ilmenau area, for example. You are also flexible by train: the main station is within easy reach. For your daily needs, supermarkets, bakeries and cafés are within easy walking distance. Parking spaces directly on site ensure uncomplicated arrival and departure for your team.
