Our prices start at 13 euros per person per night – depending on the length of stay, occupancy and desired service. The longer your team stays, the cheaper the stay. Intermediate cleaning can be booked flexibly. We will provide you with a transparent, non-binding offer – individually tailored and directly via your fixed contact person.
Your employees will live comfortably and thoughtfully in our Rostock fitters’ apartments. Each accommodation offers space for up to 4 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and separate bedrooms with single beds – furnished and ready to move into. The spacious living area with WiFi, smart TV and cozy seating area creates space to unwind after work. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, microwave, coffee machine and all the crockery you need. Many apartments have a balcony. A washing machine is also included and cleaning utensils are provided – we can also take care of intermediate cleaning on request.
Our accommodations are located in well-connected districts in the north of Rostock – quiet, well-kept, and with everything that matters in everyday life. Via A19, A20, and the federal roads B103 and B105, you can quickly and easily reach work sites throughout the city and beyond. Supermarkets, bakeries, and snack bars are in the immediate vicinity. Public transport is also quickly accessible – keeping your team flexible on the move, whether by bus or company vehicle.
